Grousemoor is an original blend by Samuel Gawith that has been manufactured in Lakeland for over 200 years.  Using a blend of hand-stripped, flue-cured Virginias, Grousemoor is first steamed then cut.  The cut leaf is then steamed again before being stoved.  The final step in its production is the addition of a unique selection of flavors that gives Grousemoor its notes of citrus and lemongrass, which is a departure from most typical Lakeland-style blends.
