Digital Servo Press Size – Choosing the Right Fit
When selecting a digital servo press size, understanding application needs is critical. These presses come in various force capacities ranging from a few kilonewtons for small components to several hundred kilonewtons for heavy-duty operations. The right size depends on the material, application type, and required precision.
Compact digital servo presses are widely used in electronics and medical device manufacturing, where space is limited and delicate pressing operations are required. On the other hand, larger presses find their place in the automotive and aerospace sectors, handling tasks like assembly of structural components.
An important consideration when choosing the right size is scalability. Companies often prefer presses that can handle multiple force profiles and can be easily programmed for different tasks. With digital servo technology, manufacturers can ensure flexibility, regardless of press size.

Would you eat it?
Michele has been begging me to smoke Lane 1-Q lately. She loves the room note, and has often said it smells good enough to eat. So, are there any blends that smell so good you want to eat them?
Fribourg & treyer’s CVP tin note is absolutely mouth watering to me, every time i open the jar i have to resist the urge to put a flake in my mouth and suck on it lol. Never tried 1-Q myself.

The Central Illinois Pipe Club started
Yesterday I visited with an old mentor and friend, Bart Ridings. We visited for a few hours and smoked a couple of bowls. This is rare event for me as there are not many pipers I know in the Pekin or Peoria area. Until we opened The Story Teller's Pipe, the best we could hope for were basic pouch pipe tobaccos. So, during my visit with Bart, we accidentally created the Central Illinois Pipe Club. Not that I haven't been busy lately with the store and distributors, but it seems now I'll be collaborating with Bart to get a pipe club going as well. I guess we're going to find out how many pipe smokers are in the region. Any pointers on establishing a pipe club would be most appreciated. - Sean
Social media presence is almost mandatory in this day and age. start a Facebook group and join every pipe forum possible and just get the word out. I happen to live in Indianapolis so while I’m not exactly central Illinois Peoria isn’t far from me. If you ever held meetups or anything of the sort I’d make it if i could.
Scandium Market Growth Driven by Clean Energy InitiativesThe global Scandium Market is experiencing significant growth, driven by the transition toward renewable energy. Scandium is a key material used in solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs), which are essential for clean energy generation. The metal’s ability to enhance conductivity and durability in these cells makes it invaluable for sustainable energy technologies. Growing government support for green energy projects further boosts scandium demand. As industries move toward decarbonization, the scandium market is poised to see new opportunities across the clean energy and automotive sectors.
