Former's Bird's Eye Flake pipe tobacco is a smooth classic flake made from the finest grades of Virginia leaf and Perique, blended in layers using traditional methods, and gently matured in order to bring out the optimum flavors of the natural tobacco.  This mild-medium strength blend burns cool and clean, even when pushed, with consistent subtly sweet/citrusy/peppery flavor from start to finish.
