Rattray's 3 Noggins is a well-balanced pipe tobacco blended from different Virginia tobaccos, dark Cavendish, spicy Latakia and a small proportion of Oriental. A blend with all the fragrant properties of Rattray's 7 Reserve, but a little more fuller in body like Rattray's Red Rapparee.
